Ingredients
2 pizza bases (or bread slices)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup chopped tomato
2 tbsp sweet corn
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp butter or oil

Heat a pan or tawa on low flame.
Place the pizza base on the pan.
Spread pizza sauce evenly on the base.
Add onion, capsicum, tomato, and sweet corn on top.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the vegetables.
Add oregano and chili flakes.
Cover the pan with a lid.
Cook on low flame for 5–7 minutes until the cheese melts.
Remove from pan, cut into slices, and serve hot.
Tips.
Always cook pizza on low flame.
You can add paneer, mushrooms, or olives as toppings.
You can also use bread instead of pizza base.
