CHOCOLATE 🍫 BROWNIE 🎂 🍰


Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup jaggery powder or brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate (melted)
  • 1/2 cup curd/yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Choco chips or nuts (optional)

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda & baking powder.
  • In another bowl mix yogurt, milk, oil, vanilla & jaggery.
  • Add melted dark chocolate.
  • Combine wet + dry ingredients gently.
  • Add choco chips/nuts.
  • Pour into greased cake tin.
  • Bake for 25–30 mins.
  • Cool slightly & enjoy warm brownies 🍫

Healthy Twist 🌱

Use jaggery instead of white sugar

Wheat flour instead of maida

Dark chocolate gives richer taste + less sugar

Add walnuts for extra nutrition
