Ingredients 🥣
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup jaggery powder or brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate (melted)
- 1/2 cup curd/yogurt
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- Choco chips or nuts (optional)
Instructions 👩🍳
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda & baking powder.
- In another bowl mix yogurt, milk, oil, vanilla & jaggery.
- Add melted dark chocolate.
- Combine wet + dry ingredients gently.
- Add choco chips/nuts.
- Pour into greased cake tin.
- Bake for 25–30 mins.
- Cool slightly & enjoy warm brownies 🍫

Use jaggery instead of white sugar
Wheat flour instead of maida
Dark chocolate gives richer taste + less sugar
