Healthy Vegetable Fried Rice 🍚🥦


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold rice)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic chopped
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrot chopped
  • 1/2 cup capsicum
  • 1/2 cup cabbage
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • Spring onion
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli flakes (optional)

Recipe 👩‍🍳

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add garlic & onion, sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add all vegetables and cook on high flame for 3–4 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, salt & pepper.
  • Add cooked rice and mix gently.
  • Toss for 2 minutes on high flame.
  • Garnish with spring onion.
  • ✨ Ready in just 15 minutes!

  • Add paneer or tofu for protein.
