Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold rice)
Recipe 👩🍳
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic & onion, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add all vegetables and cook on high flame for 3–4 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, salt & pepper.
- Add cooked rice and mix gently.
- Toss for 2 minutes on high flame.
- Garnish with spring onion.
